When the review changes the plan

A plan that says “as required” is hard to deliver and harder to review. Sendix marks vague wording, shows the guidance behind it, and suggests clearer wording from the child’s own reports. What you accept becomes a recommendation in your review report.

    Review reportRecommendation

A.M. will receive speech and language support deleted: as required inserted: through vocabulary pre-teaching with a trained teaching assistant, 20 minutes, three times a week, in a group of up to four.

Accepted by the SENCO, from A.M.’s speech and language report

SEND Code of Practice, chapter 9 (opens the source in a new tab)

Then keep the record: who delivers each provision, what happened each term, and a polite reminder you can send when support hasn’t arrived.

After the review, keep the record

Sendix keeps the delivery record: who delivers each commitment, what happened each term, and a polite reminder you can send to the council.

Scottish plans use Scottish guidance throughout, with no English law applied. Sendix checks Child’s Plans and IEPs, and tracks delivery for Co-ordinated Support Plans too.

The child’s name comes out before AI reads a word

Sendix removes the pupil’s name, pupil number, NHS number, postcode and labelled full dates of birth before an AI model sees the text. The app, its data and the AI model run in the UK. The model keeps nothing, and your data never trains it.
